Microsoft have introduced a new Teams feature to help make presenting in a meeting slicker and easier. Instead of sharing content from a Teams meeting, you can now share via PowerPoint.

To present from PowerPoint to Teams, you first need to make sure you have joined a Teams scheduled or adhoc meeting. Then open your presentation in PowerPoint and click the Present in Teams button:

 

When you click on this button, a box will appear in your Teams meeting notifying you are you are about to present:

 

After you hit present, the PowerPoint will appear in Presenter mode and will be visible to your audience:

 

To stop presenting, simply click the stop presenting button at the top of your Teams meeting:
